We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services. The personal information we collect may include: names, email addresses, passwords. We also collect geolocation information to show your position on the map within city guides (only when you grant permission).
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information to: facilitate account creation and authentication; deliver services to you; respond to user inquiries; send administrative information; and protect individual vital interests.

We rely on the following legal bases under GDPR: Consent, Performance of a Contract, Legal Obligations, and Vital Interests.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may share information in connection with business transfers. We use the following third-party service providers:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — web analytics service that collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, approximate geographic area). Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC on servers that may be located outside the EU. Google's data retention for GA4 is set to 14 months. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies. Our cookies fall into two categories:
- Technical / strictly necessary cookies — used to maintain session state and basic site functionality (e.g.
zuck_user, zuck_user_email stored in localStorage). These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 sets
_ga, _ga_* and _gid cookies to collect anonymised usage statistics. These cookies are only activated after you give your explicit consent via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. You may also opt out globally using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
We do not use profiling, advertising, or social media cookies.
6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE-BASED PRODUCTS?
Yes. We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence. Our AI Products are provided through Anthropic (Claude AI). The tourist guide content in ZUCKTrip was generated using AI. All personal information processed in connection with our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice.

I contenuti presenti su ZUCKTrip (descrizioni di monumenti, percorsi, orari, prezzi, informazioni turistiche e gastronomiche) sono stati generati con l'ausilio di strumenti di intelligenza artificiale (Anthropic Claude AI) e potrebbero contenere errori, imprecisioni od omissioni.
ZUCKTrip di Cristina Zuccarini non garantisce la completezza, l'accuratezza o l'aggiornamento delle informazioni pubblicate e declina ogni responsabilità per danni diretti o indiretti derivanti dall'uso dei contenuti, inclusi — a titolo esemplificativo — orari di apertura non aggiornati, distanze o tempi di percorrenza indicativi, informazioni su ristoranti o servizi locali.

The content on ZUCKTrip (monument descriptions, routes, opening times, prices, tourist and gastronomic information) has been generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools and may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. ZUCKTrip / Cristina Zuccarini accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of such content. Users are advised to verify all information through official sources before acting on it.
7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
Our Services offer the ability to register using social media accounts (Google, Apple). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information from your social media provider (name, email, profile picture). We use this information only to provide our Services.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep your personal information for as long as necessary. No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account.
9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures. The site is served over HTTPS via Netlify. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals as no uniform technology standard has been finalised. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
